Plan the Work Around the Source of Water
A leaking terrace, a damp basement and a wet-area floor need different approaches. Aericon Infrastructure provides material and site-coordination support for waterproofing enquiries, starting with the affected area, how water reaches it and whether the work is part of a new build or a repair.
Share photographs, the site location, approximate area, existing surface treatment and any drawings or inspection findings. These details help establish what further assessment is needed and what work can be discussed. Preparation, joints, drainage, access and protection during curing need to be considered alongside the chosen material.
The scope, product suitability and installation responsibilities should be agreed before work starts. A concrete mix addition such as Waterproof Mortar - WM is a separate product requirement and should not be assumed to replace a surface waterproofing system.
